A Bit of Background
Here at Growing Families of the Carolinas, we are driven by a single goal; to help families of all types by giving them a community center where they can meet professionals, get evidenced-based information and have access to many resources. We are a result of a vision of 2 women who between them have 40 years of experience working with pregnant, lactating women and their families. We know birth/postpartum choices matter.

Activities
Growing Families of the Carolinas host virtual classes on Monday at 10 am and Thursday at noon. The Monday class covers topics like: Baby sign language, Infant massage and photographing your infant. The link above is for the Thursday meet up which is a great time to eat your lunch while getting to know other new Moms. Please check out our FB page for all the links. They are under the "events" section.
We are a safe, inclusive space for families who are in their first year of parenthood. We offer evidenced based free classes, resources, and peer group interaction weekly.
